I. Policy Statement Overview
This document describes the Black Hospitality Initiative of Greater Miami (hereafter referred to as Black Hospitality Initiative) policy regarding personal information, ongoing communication, site security and overall site usage of https://blackhospitalitymiami.org, also known as Black Hospitality Initiative.com. These provisions apply solely to online activities and are not necessarily applicable to practices Black Hospitality Initiative may engage in outside of blackhospitalitymiami.org. Use of this website signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of use set forth in this document. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or otherwise use this website.
II. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Information collected on blackhospitalitymiami.org is used to determine important statistical data for the Black Hospitality Initiative, its partners and members to determine the effectiveness of the content, programs and advertisements offered through our website.
The Black Hospitality Initiative, its partners and affiliates may collect personal contact and demographic information that the consumer willingly provides such as name, address, zip code and e-mail address with the intention of using this information for purposes of statistical reporting and targeted promotional campaigns. Contact information may be used to send promotional materials from the Black Hospitality Initiative and/or its partners and affiliates. Users have the option of discontinuing the remittance of these by contacting us (please see Opt-In / Opt-Out, below).
Registration areas on our site may require users to provide contact information such as an e-mail address and demographic information such as zip code. The Black Hospitality Initiative and/or its partners and members may use the information provided to send users relevant promotional materials.

VI. Opt-In / Opt-Out
A user may choose to remove themselves from our mailing list by following the “Unsubscribe” instructions stated on our promotional communications.
VII. Contests/Sweepstakes Information
Participation in, blackhospitalitymiami.org featured/sponsored contests and sweepstakes also requires the disclosure of contact and demographic information. This information is required to contact users as necessary. It may also be used to send you promotional information. However, users may opt-out of or opt-in to our mailings at any time. IX. Transmission of Information

Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to the Black Hospitality Initiative online will be handled in accordance with the Black Hospitality Initiative Online Privacy Practices. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

The Black Hospitality Initiative does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators by including these links on blackhospitalitymiami.org. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Black Hospitality Initiative, and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of the Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs.
